Builder Subcontracting

Subcontract agreements between two builders now sit on one page with client ownership, access and handover: Clients, handover and support.

In short: the lead builder proposes a fixed amount or a percentage for a named engagement, the other builder accepts, and the terms are kept as an immutable snapshot. The agreement records payout terms only. It gives the second builder no access to the client workspace. This is not a reseller program (dec-015).
