Free plan limits on embeddings and app integrations
The Free plan caps the embedding tokens and the app integration calls SchemaBounce pays for. See what counts, what happens at the limit and when new limits reach an existing workspace.
Two things on the Free plan are paid for by SchemaBounce, so each has a monthly limit. Managed embedding tokens power semantic search and recall. App integration calls are the tool calls your agents make to connected apps through SchemaBounce's own integration account. The pricing page lists both numbers for every plan, and Billing, Usage shows how much of each your workspace has used.
Managed embedding tokens
Every embedding SchemaBounce pays for counts toward the one allowance. That covers your records, memory, searches, and the context an agent loads at the start of a run. An embedding key of your own is not counted.
When the allowance is used up, semantic search and recall stop until the month resets or you upgrade. Keyword search keeps working, and nothing switches to an uncounted path.
App integration calls
Connecting an app through SchemaBounce's integration account is included on Free, up to a monthly number of tool calls. A connection that uses the app's own credentials is not counted and has no limit from us.
Past the limit, calls on SchemaBounce's account are refused with a message that names the limit and the date it resets. Connect the app with your own credentials in Connections, or upgrade, to keep going.
When new limits reach an existing workspace
An existing Free workspace gets a new limit at its next monthly reset, never in the middle of a month. Until then it keeps the limit it has. Billing, Usage shows a line under each affected meter with the date.
Paid plans
Paid plans are not affected by these limits.
