Listing Types and Pricing for Builders

A listing has a kind (what it is) and a pricing model (how the buyer pays). Choose both on the new listing form. SKU, kind and slug cannot change after you create the listing.

Kinds

KindWhat the buyer gets
BotA configured agent that deploys into the buyer's workspace.
SkillA reusable capability an agent invokes on demand.
WorkflowA native workflow, usually imported from n8n. See Bring your n8n work.
TeamA coordinated group of agents, like an e-commerce operations team.

Pick a business area (SaaS operations, accounting, sales operations, data and ETL, or other) and name the tools accurately. Buyer request matching uses both.

Pricing models

You set the price. See Earnings and fees for what you keep.

Versions

  • Every published version is frozen and content-hashed. A buyer of a one-time copy keeps exactly the version they bought.
  • You can yank a bad version. Nobody new gets it, and buyers already on it are unaffected.
  • Subscribers are never moved silently. A new version reaches them as an offer they accept or reject. See Managed updates.
  • Publishing a new version resets the badge to what that version has proven. See Certification and trust badges.

Free listings as a ladder

Free bots, skills and workflows are the cheapest way to prove you know a vertical. Managed teams are where recurring revenue comes from, because the buyer keeps paying while the team keeps working.

You can fork a free listing with attribution ("based on"). A paid listing does not permit derivation. See Open and sealed listings.

Managed listings carry service terms

A managed listing asks for the customer outcome, what is included each month, success measures, monitoring and reporting cadence, an initial response target, included changes per month and the buyer's responsibilities. Write what the buyer gets for the recurring price. See Maintenance subscriptions.

The fixed implementation plus optional maintenance pattern

The pattern the first market cell uses (dec-008) is a fixed one-time implementation followed by a separate, optional monthly maintenance subscription. New sources, jurisdictions, message families or bulk migration are a change order, not part of either price. See Selling outcomes.
